Loved the creepy, sinister atmosphere of this book. However, took me a while to care about the characters. There's some great dialogue here, but needed more to get me invested. I did love all the names. Best part of this book were descriptions of the campus (and also the food) but I think the plot was too holey for me- it felt like the START of something that could have been excellent.

I appreciated the representation of depression, and the commentary on how marginalized people are seen as expendable from society.
