Love on the Brain by Ali Hazelwood
medium-paced
3.5
Sadly my least favorite STEMinist novel.
I adored the first half -- simply oozing Pride and Prejudice and classic Ali Hazelwood. That's why I gave it as many stars as I did.
No, of course I wasn't surprised by any of the plot twists, but I don't get the impression Ali Hazelwood tries very hard to surprise us there, and that's not what I come for.
The spicy scenes felt a little... stereotypical p*rn to me, and I sort of lost interest once it was clear they were in love. There were also more moments in this that made me go "ew what" than her other novels.

Moderate: Gun violence
