I would rate this six stars if I could — in addition to being well written it was a compelling read, with some “twists” that a saw coming, but a final one that caught me completely off guard.  The last ten pages played ping-pong with my emotions. 

I read a library copy this time, but I’ll be buying a copy for my next time through, because this will likely become one of the books that I revisit every few years.
