Across the Universe by Beth Revis
5.0

This book just blew my mind away. It's probably the most disturbing book I've ever read--but I mean that in a positive way, if that makes sense; the controversial issues discussed in the book made me think about the possibilities of the present and the future. Everything was set up and explained perfectly, and the plot was fast and intriguing. I loved the development and realism of the characters, especially Amy, Elder, and Harvey. The mystery interwoven with the science-fiction simply made Across the Universe all the more impossible to put down.
