Susane Colasanti really used a teens perspective and emotional changes that are involved in high school life. I am an extreme fan of this book, it keeps you guessing but in a good way. There were a few loving moments and a few moments where I couldn't believe it happend, i had to keep reading.
Summary:
The main character, Lani goes through a lot of problems that teenage girls go through these days, love. Her best friend friend Erin has a new boyfriend, Jason. Jason and Lani have had a strong connection for a while. Once Erin leaves for summer camp, things heat up between Jason and Lani. Lani and Ein have been best friends forever and if something were to happen this summer, how could Lani ever ruin her friendship with Erin after she had saved Lani's life once before. Lani's guy bestfriend Blake, has a secret of his own that Lani helps him with. In the end, who will find out the truth hidden behind everyone's smile?
