This is one of the first like full fletched romance book I’ve ever read! And omg I’m obsessed. I started reading a bit last night and the first chapter had me hooked! I had a longggg car ride ahead of me for a road trip… well a couple hours into the road trip and I finished it a lot of this is gonna be spoilers so. Just know it’s a REALLY good book! And you should absolutely read it if your into to romance books.

the main character is infertile falls in love with her best friends finances best friend but he wants kids and she can’t have them (and she has a military boyfriend) but even when her and her long term boyfriend break up Kristen won’t let josh into a relationship with her. Because of the kids thing. Until her best friends fiancé died and it kinda kicked into gear for her and after he figured out they could have kids together via his 6 sisters agreeing to be their surrogate and he was told by doctors he had "strong swimmers" and was "super fertile" she agreed to go out with him because they could have kids, meaning he didn’t have to give up on his dreams. Well, they get married instantly so his insurance will cover her surgery (and the surrogate process) but when they go into pre-surgery that find out she’s pregnant with his kid… from that one time they hooked up FOUR months ago. Her iud came out during her heavy 19 day period, and he got her pregnant. The swelling stomach she though was due to her condition was her being pregnant. Long story short, they have a successful pregnancy and a happy baby! They try for another year. But a miracle doesn’t happen twice and she can’t get pregnant again so goes through with the surgery. She wants to try ivf with a surrogate but josh saw how hard it was on her, and he loves her so much and just wants her to enjoy time with their son… so he says no and she says okay
