The Secrets of My Life by Caitlyn Jenner
emotional
informative
reflective
medium-paced
3.0
Surprisingly enough, I didn't hate this...
While the title is a little deceptive (there are very few secrets in this book if you've been paying attention to pop culture and media), it wasn't a bad book. It was actually very articulate and well written, and while I don't love the Jenner/Kardashian clan, I can appreciate Caitlyn's story and her struggle. No one can know what kind of internal struggle she endured pre-transition, so without passing judgment, I thought this was an interesting glimpse into her life.
She does attempt to dispel some of the rumors and gossip about her, in a very "it's none of your business" attitude, which I can also appreciate.
I enjoy celebrity autobiographies and if you do too, I would recommend Caitlyn Jenner's autobio.
