The Good Daughter by Karin Slaughter

5.0

Karin Slaughter can literally do NO wrong in my eyes. This book was a doozy at 626 pages but honestly, I could have taken 300 more on these characters. I was caught on every word and she does us the justice of making every small detail count. This is one of the most fucked up and terrifying books I have ever read, so you know it's gonna make my top ten of 2021 and we are less than a month in. I was brought to tears in the first ten pages just from being so sad for these characters. Seriously, if you can stomach a DEEP thriller, please read this ASAP.
