The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V.E. Schwab

5.0

I don’t have anything bad to say about this book.
Like it’s perfection????
( I will write a review later , I just need to digest everything)

Update :
Ok so. Let’s start and talk about the problem that everyone saw in this book.
This woman lived +300 years and the only person of color we saw was Henry’s BFF.
I understand that it in a way, this book is not a historical one, more like a character development type of book. And we only saw some parts from her past, but imagine the power that it would have if Schwab talked about slavery and everything that happened between 1698 and 2014.
So many changes, so many amazing and horrific things happened and we didn’t saw any of that.
Again I understand that we only saw Addie and her loneliness and her loss, but some parts didn’t even add to the story, only a little bit. She still could have added the most important part of history but in the end she didn’t .
I still like it very much !
( my second book that I’ve read from Schwab and I can see why everyone loves her .)
