Different and interesting. I have never read pirate/fae romance and at first the terms were confusing. It has a slow start and takes a bit into the book for things to be explained but once they are the book takes off! It got so much better with the love interest. Their banter was great. The dual POV created a better experience to understand the full story and the tension that is created between the characters. Has a loveable side character that is fun to read. There is a bit of spice for those who are wondering and overall a great romance story!
