So it took me 5 months to read, but I do read a lot of other things in between for my book club so that’s part of it. The part of it is that it was a very slow read. The book is very long and very detailed. I don’t feel like any action really started happening until the last 3rd of the book. And when the action picked up so did the ease of reading. I love outlander and I love this book, it just wasn’t as action packed as the other one.
