The Grace Medical series seems to be going much better than the Mercy Hospital ones did, judging by how well I seem to enjoy them. Kate is a very flawed heroine, and while she keeps beating herself up over a choice she made when she was younger, to the point of it being almost too much, I can see why the author did it. It made Kate very realistic to us as readers. In addition, Wes also is realistic in the demons he battles and his reaction to Kate's admission. It didn't end the way I wanted it to, but it still had a decent ending. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series!
