⭐️⭐️⭐️ (mixed feelings)

I have such mixed emotions about this book. On one hand, I loved Gabe and Lucy’s story—the way they always seemed to be pulled back to each other gave their relationship such warmth and depth. Their chemistry and love felt so genuine and touching.

On the other hand, I really struggled with the cheating and all the miscommunication. Those elements frustrated me and kept me from fully enjoying the romance.

The ending caught me by surprise, and while I liked the twist, I can’t help but wish it had played out a little differently. Overall, I’m stuck in the middle with this one: parts of it really worked for me, while others made me want to throw the book across the room.
