What a complex book. I feel bad for having enjoyed it with all its racist qualities. I feel i learned a lot but also the characters are just so complex and I felt so strongly about some. For the majority of the book, im talking like 1000 pages… I just wanted to shake Scarlet and say “let him GO!!! Rhett’s the one who loves you!!” but also the ending was so sad!! Like what!
