Lover Unveiled by J.R. Ward

3.0

While I think Sahvage is an EXCELLENT addition to the BDB—the banter is amazing, lots of tension and an interesting backstory—there were too many POV’s in this book and not nearly as much lover-ing as the series normally delivers. The constant shift in perspective didn’t build anticipation as much as it killed my momentum. It felt like working for a reward, hoping for chocolate, but after all the effort, getting raisins instead.
There was so much potential, and though Savage is a new favorite for me, this isn’t a favorite BDB novel.
