I think you should either write a biography, a self help, or a scientific study. I don't think doing all 3 works well. While Sarah clarifies that it is her opinion it is really hard to separate it from facts, specifically because she chose to write this in non chronological order. I didn't appreciate how unrealistic applying some methods are, especially if you do have a family, obligations, and are responsible for other people in your life. The reason that I read all the way through was because I would find a kernel of helpfulness and relatablitiy that grounded.
