Highlights: I enjoyed the writing style of these authors. The characters and plots were well-written. I liked the family dynamic and how the characters had to overcome difficult obstacles.
Concerns: The last story in the collection is about Bowie who was a Confederate soldier. I kept reading to see if the author would mention how what the Confederate soldiers were fighting for was wrong. One of the characters called him a war hero.
