Really enjoyed the story line, but can't get past the the fact that neither 'love interest' respected the MC's wishes to not be kissed and touched in a sexual manor (Yes this is a MESSY love triangle. OR should I say LUST triangle). Also the fact that it was a 'boys will be boys situation and the girl was made to feel guilty for it. Plus almost having sex in a public library?? Really? I do NOT agree with showing young women that this kind of behavior is ok. That boys have the rights to their bodies even if they say no. It was SUPER lusty, and holy crap can we not think about having sex when we are running for our lives? I actually said out loud, 'ummm aren't you supposed to be running? Why the crap are you thinking about sex right now?!'

She's also supposed to be an alfa, but she acts as if she's not even a beta. She never challenges either of the men and just lets them walk all over her and make decisions for her. I kept wanting her to step up and take charge or stand up to the love interests but instead she always just did what they wanted even if it wasn't what she wanted. Even her pack disobeyed her and treated her poorly at times.

If we remove the sexual stuff, the storyline was super interesting and different from what I've read before. I am definitely investing in the outcome of the story, and it sucks that the author had to need to put in super lusty and toxic parts. This has so much potential, and just super missed the mark.
