I was one of those lucky enough to receive an ARC of this book in exchange for a review.
Typically I’m a Fantasy girlie, but Sushi and Sea Lions taught me that other genres can hold a magic all their own, and I was easily spellbound.
The feelings that this book roused from me took me completely by pleasant surprise. If you’re an emotional reader, keep some tissues at the ready for this one! You’ll laugh, rage and cry right along with Daniela as she endures. This book will give you all the warm and fuzzies while still confronting some tough topics, and that SPICE is SPICY.
It’s a fast paced, well written page turner that you’ll breeze through, and be left feeling nothing short of satisfied by.
To fellow readers: It should come as no surprise that Vin Vin is the standard I will be holding all men to going forward. The bar is set HIGH, but I will settle for no less— and neither should you.
