If there's one thing I love, it's a good enemies-to-lovers. A lot of books try to capture that animosity, that epic sexual tension, but very few succeed in a way that I find fully satisfying. This book is one of the best I've read! The way this hatred seeps into every thought Noel has and then just as naturally turns into a deeper feeling that he can't help but give into just flowed so naturally in this book, and I feel like Bellamy was Noel's perfect foil. I adored Bellamy, and I really felt for him with his struggles to keep his family afloat. His natural charm and sunshine personality were a big part of who he was, but underneath all of that was a man who was just so tired and in need of a partner to lean on and share some of his burdens with. He and Noel had incredibly hot chemistry together, and there was plenty of that displayed on-page, which I loved. I've really enjoyed everything I've read from this author, and I can wait to read more!
