I Want to Die but I Want to Eat Tteokbokki by Baek Se-hee

emotional slow-paced

Overall a dry read. The majority of the book is just a transcript of some conversations that the author had with her therapist. It does say its part memoir and part self-help but it actually managed to be neither one as it didn’t go past a paper thin layer in either direction.
