This book hurt me in a good way. Mostly because I can relate to Annie in so many ways and desperately want to relate to her “happily ever after” too. More so the self-discovery themes than the falling in love parts (although I’m not opposed). Before I start pouring my heart out unnecessarily on a book review, I’ll just say it exceeded my expectations and was very “unputdownable”. This was supposed to be a buffer book but easily turned into my main read. And thank GOD the ending was how it was! (avoiding spoilers). I’m super satisfied with the writing and pace of the story. Bravo Sarah! 😆
