I’d heard great things about this author so I was pretty excited to read Just My Type (especially with the plot being reminiscent of one of my favorite rom-coms How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days), but I was pretty let down unfortunately. I thought it was just fine - I didn’t really like the female love interest Lana, and I wasn’t head over heels for the male love interest Seth either. I didn’t sense any chemistry between them, and I feel the book did a lot more telling rather than showing. It was a cute premise and a quick light read, but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be revisiting.
