This book just wasn’t for me! Talia’s dipping their toe into YA romance and I think I just prefer their Adult romance. I also loved the main characters Celine and Brad’s relationships with their individual friends and family more than I liked them together. The romance seemed half-baked and way too quick as well. I would have loved if this was a story about them rebuilding their friendship and not dating. I was also expecting the story to take place mostly on this scholarship trial expedition, but we barely got that. That was a weird storyline as well. Overall, this book had some cute banter (which the author is always good at) and I loved the bi and ocd rep with brad and the fat weird kid energy from celine (relatable.)
