The Irish Goodbye: A Novel by Amy Ewing

4.0

The Irish Goodbye is a fun, sweet, and charming romance novel. It’s a beautiful story of love and a healing journey for both characters. I really enjoyed reading it!

Cordelia is a photographer from New York and has been having a tough time finding inspiration and motivation after her father’s sudden passing. She decides to take a spontaneous trip to a small town in Ireland to reignite her passion for photography and take time for herself. Niall is a chef in Ireland returning back to his home town of Inishmore after getting his heartbroken.

The tension and chemistry between Cordelia and Niall was so good. I found myself giggling and swooning while reading. There was an undeniable spark between them. They’re so cute together.

The side characters are also lovable and amazing! I adore them all. This book made me wish I was in the cute cottage in Ireland and exploring the island.
This would be a great summer romance book to dive into.
