Reading Plath always feels lonely. Independent of the work piece. She was an unbelievable magnificent writer, but she seemed to have a lot of prejudice against various minorities, which can feel uncomfortable to read. She also writes about very very very heavy themes. Overall amazing writer, but incredibly uncomfortable read.
