I don't even have the words to say. This book was so informative and eye opening. I was just a small child when this occurred, but my brother and sister were in high school at the time. I knew the about the gist of what had happened, but not a lot of the other important details.
Dave Cullen does a fantastic job of research and putting it all together from the beginning to the end. He writes minute by minute, year by year, past and present, including every meticulous detail that makes up the day that is April 20.
The fact that there are still reports and information from that day that have STILL not been released is completely mind-blowing. As hard and emotional as this was to read, it was fascinating and enlightening.
