There is something alluring in the world Stephanie Garber has created and the magical system within it.
If only her writing could match her vision and her MCs were not as two-dimensional and flat as a sheet of paper. :/
It has to be noted, though, that this book was a bit better than the Caraval trilogy.
And Jacks and LaLa were great.
