The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V.E. Schwab

5.0

Perfection.  Amazing character development and philosophy.  Everything is so thought through and every character is so damn real. It has everything: amazing evocative prose,  pg13 and yet somehow pantydroppingly erotic romance,  scenes to make you cry,  scenes to make you laugh,  and the best happy ending I could imagine,  a brilliant reverse damsel in distress who outsmarts the villain and wins freedom from everyone with a side option of maybe picking back up the NYC boytoy who helped gain her absofuckinglute poetic vindication (her unspeakable name made famous) of he's not too old and she's not too busy being 100% that bitch everywhere forever.
