I’m a massive sucker for a Christmas themed storyline and this one was fantastic.

I enjoyed the Steve and Mason’s story. I liked that they didn’t get a long at first, and Mason did realise and let Steve know that he had been right and just doing his job. There was no real manufactured angst just everyday getting to know people stuff. Sam’s part could of spiralled but the author kept control and dealt with that part well.

I also enjoyed the secondary characters, especially Masons family. They were well done. When Kade come out to them about his poly relationship, I really liked that his mother admitted to needing time, she was accepting but also needed time to wrap her head around it, and I appreciated that part of the story line.
