This was incredible!! I tore through it so quickly.
Dark academia vibes, a ten-year reunion of friends who've drifted apart in the wake of the tragic death of their friend. Ashley Winstead so cleverly unspooled each character's tightly woven persona until they'd unraveled into their full, morally gray complexity. I didn't see the ending coming and loved how this kept me guessing. I am completely hooked on Winstead's writing and cannot wait to read what she gives us next!!
