Empty Cauldrons: Navigating Depression Through Magic and Ritual by Terence P Ward

Did not finish book. Stopped at 17%.
The beginning of this book is very slow and rambling with incredibly long chapters. I strongly feel that this book could say what it needed to in half the words. I ended up skipping most of the middle to skim through the rituals and whatnot in the back. They were okay. The shadow work exercise bothered me a little bit. I'm not sure it was something someone currently suffering with depression should be attempting on their own.

I may revisit this book later, but mostly it was just too dense with relatively little substance.
