This book has always been on my list but I was mainly drawn in by the cover. I knew it was fantasy too, which was just another bonus for me, but I didn’t know it would also have horror elements. Imagine my surprise though when I find out that not only is it fantasy but it’s about a Black woman who has a sword and goes around killing demons! This book is a wild ride and the story is a very fun and compelling one. It’s a quick read and I’m glad that I picked it up.
