Quick, charming read. Hetta is a great MC, and the magic system was really intriguing. The plot felt a bit overly convoluted at times, with all the secrets, suspicious characters and random mysteries that kept popping up, but first books in series always have more work world building and character work to do. Definitely reading the next book (and possibly soon!)
