The Tenth Muse by Catherine Chung

3.0

i enjoyed this quite a bit, but i think it suffers from a slightly detached MC voice [kat's not entirely personalityless, but she's a little hard to connect to] and a general slightly overambitious scope
the book covers such a gigantic span of time and narrative development and topics that it can't quite give everything due diligence, but the arc of the plot is still pretty graceful and cohesive
