Short story. Audiobook. A nice two hour listen while I was on a three hour drive. It’s 1969 and Ajax is working in a college library in Illinois and is tasked with finding a rare antiquarian book. His research places its last known location in San Francisco. Hippies, BART construction, and a very unique bookstore all figure in a unique and charming biblio-expedition.
