Sherlock Vol. 3: The Great Game by Steven Moffat, Mark Gatiss

5.0

Disclaimer: A physical copy of the book was provided via Bloomsbury India in exchange for an honest review. The Thoughts, opinions & feelings expressed in the review are therefore, my own.

BBC’s Sherlock Holmes is one of my all – time favourite series – I loved the adaption better than any other one’s; and while it is partly because of Benedict Cumberbatch; it was also because the way the series has been handled has had me glued to my TV, and exactly how I imagined my Sherlock to be.

Manga is the kind of graphic comic, I have been slowly falling in love with, ever since I was introduced to it – and I just couldn’t resist requesting a review copy when Bloomsbury India announced these editions.

The Great Game is one of my all – time favorite episodes – for it finally unmasks Moriarity – and this episode has been beautifully illustrated in manga form in this edition – if you are a fan of either of these (Manga and BBC Series: Sherlock); then these editions are absolutely perfect for you – not only as an introduction to the Sherlock Series (if you haven’t already watched it!) but also if you have never tried Manga; then use your love for Sherlock to get your introduction to it and I promise you will not be disappointed.
