There have been very little books I read and then become upset I haven't read them sooner... well Heartless is now one of those books. (& honestly probably the rest of the series). I Bought the physical copies of these books over a year ago and they just been sitting on my shelf taunting me. I read Flawless about 2 years ago. I have been WANTING to read this (&the rest of the series), I just haven't.. but man do I wish i did sooner. But glad its now than never.. because HOLY DADDY CADE!!! That mouth on that man was not what I saw coming ((*okay i had book friends tell me to read this for so long and did say he was a dirty man, but yea didn't know how much until i actually read it*)).
Cade is a very grumpy, quiet and lonely single dad and has big strong walls built around him and his son... until hurricane Willa comes plowing in.. (Willa is absolutely everything.. I honestly think she is my favorite FMC of Elsie Silver, but I still have more books, however, Willa will be very hard to beat)
If you haven't read this or have been putting it off like I did, drop everything and read it NOW!!! It is almost a 500 pg book, and I read it in less than 24 hours while it was a 8am-4pm work day (& no I didnt read it at work.. i just might have gotten very little sleep that night. lol)
