This is such a nostalgic book for me its insane, reading this again after reading so many other surrounding this genre has given me so much more appreciation of the book. Having said that it does still have faults which i shave already addressed...
yes this book is good. However, i did not find it amazing for many reasons:
- Bella is grumpy and hard to understand, i did not connect with her on an emotional level.
- her and Edward's love was very instant and came out of no where, which bugged me.
- the whole shiny vampire thing just annoyed me.
however, i did like the plot of the book it was very interesting and the characters where well developed even though Bella was plain. I loved the settings and description that Meyer used and over it it was a good start to the series but not her best work. I also think that the book was a bit slow starting.
