Excellent story, would have like to learn more about the cast of characters a little deeper. The reader is given a lot of chance to try to figure out what happened. It follows Morse and Lewis on some different solutions which seem plausible, but become discounted as more is learned about the case. The reader doesn't get to know the solutions to both questions until the very end. Good flow of narrative and the interest of the reader increases over the course of the book as Morse increases his level of frustration for not coming to a solution.
