omg this was so fun!!! i had the pleasure of listening to the alc and follow along in the arc, and it was the best experience!

i would absolutely recommend listening to the audiobook for this one while reading along! it just added a little extra on top of the story because of the amazing narration & the accents!

i’m completely in love with willow root, texas and it’s inhabitants. delia and max were lovely together, the merriweather women were a quirky and lovely bunch that felt like home, and don’t even get me started on nikki!!!! he was a complete delight 🥹🩵 seriously, listen to the audiobook. SO FUN.

this really felt like a spooky, cozy hallmark movie, but with a little spice 🌶️🌶️ 😏 it’s truly the perfect autumn or spooky season read. it’s light and fluffy, but with emotion. i laughed out load a few times and also gasped many times! i had a blast reading this one and i can imagine i’ll do a re-read in october, just for fun!

thank you forever, netgalley and carly bloom for the arc & alc of this book! it was an absolute pleasure to read! 🩵🩵🩵
