I’m on an Emily Henry reread binge. I wasn’t necessarily looking forward to reading this one because although I thought it was ~a good book~ the first time I read it I didn’t ~love~ it. After reading it a second time, I think that was because it’s a tough book to read- in that a lot of the hurt and insecurities Harriet and Wyn (and all their friends) are working through are a little too real and it’s painful to read. While I wouldn’t call this an “easy read” it is a beautiful story about found family, being true to yourself and how friendships and relationships grow and change over time.

My only two complaints were that it moved a little slower than I wanted and I’m VERY stressed about
Harriet’s student loans!!! I don’t think pottery classes are going to pay for med school
