I really like the idea of the book and think it was executed well. It moves very quickly and I was very invested in the characters. It tells an upsetting but important story and I liked out each iteration is a very possible outcome for real women in this situation.
The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the writing was a little simple and I don’t think the author did a great job of building up tension. Although there are a lot of big events in the book they sort of just slid by without me entirely realising.
But overall one of the better books I’ve read in a while
