Picked it up again months later (maybe almost a year later).
This book may or not work for you, I think it has strong premises, it has a clear vision and helpful instructions.
Some exercises can seem too easy to do, almost insignificant, I found myself thinking 'Bah, I'll find another moment to do this, looks cheesy even'
I was wrong.
It begins with things that may seem simple enough, but it helps that you work on them from the beginning, because the further you go in the book, the most you'll take from it if you have done the previous exercises correctly.
I have had a clarity moment with this book that is helping me a lot, and it's not because the book told me what to feel or how to act, like other books be like 'Don't stress, be kind to yourself, etc', but because it gave me THE TOOLS to work with myself.
Plenty recommend to anyone looking to work with their core beliefs, past experiences, big feelings and their self image. This book works best if you have the time and energy to get involved with the exercises.
