This was incredibly adorable. Mackenzie is looking for a way to make her grandmother stop setting her up with horrible dates, and Noah doesn't know it yet but he's in need of a mate now more than ever.
A chance encounter in the hospital break room sets this up to be a great fake relationship rom com, but it ends up being so, so much more. The slow descent into confronting their feelings was so well done, and the tension was everything. The spice was spicing, the banter was fantastic, and overall this was just such a good "in the feelings" book.
