i had a great time reading this. Was it horribly written? yes, 80% of the time. Was it unbelievably cliche and cringey beyond its wildest dreams? yes. Was it written like bad wattpad fan fiction? yes. Did i have a great time reading it? Yes.

This was just a fun book to read. Very similar to the movie. It is bad, but to the point that it becomes enjoyable again.

The last third was particularly bad and out of left field and didn’t match the tone of the book in my opinion. If that whole section as cut and filled with more high school and romance drama I think it would’ve fit the rest of the story better.

I think if you go into it with an open mind and don’t take it too seriously you’ll enjoy it. It is silly and goofy and stupid but really fun to read.
