Not sure where to start. I like this book with the exception of the multiple instances of child sexual assault and grooming. I truly hated reading about children’s sexual escapades with adults. Actually, I don’t want to hear about children’s sex at all. Just keep it. Anyway, the book itself was twisty, suspenseful, fast-paced…. All of which I’ve come to really enjoy from Freida’s books. It’s absolutely unhinged and very unrealistic as well. I was able to figure out some of the ending but, as usual, her twists are the right until the very end and they’re insane so it’s hard to get them all. Thinking back, it became more clear of some of the clues along the way. Overall, good book but just not my favorite from her and definitely not something that I’d recommend for anyone with childhood sexual abuse trauma.
