Great Big Beautiful Life

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was so nervous to start this even though it’s been on my shelf for months—just with all the hit or miss reviews. While it’s not my favorite Emily Henry book, I don’t think it’s the worst for me either.

Alice and Hayden are both competing for the chance to write a socialite’s biography. Through their interviews we learn all about the Ives family and the many intersections.

If you know going in that it reads more like a historical fiction book woven with a romance stitching it together, then I think you’ll like it more. If you expect a contemporary romance, this might not be for you. Overall, still a solidly written book with good characters. I loved Alice!
