It’s kind of messed up how I found myself rooting for the 'villain' in the book, as if my own morals were totally fine with it. Also, something about the way the author wrote the female characters really bugged me. The cliffhanger definitely left me wondering what happens next, but honestly, I’m not in any rush to get the sequel.
