My Thoughts:
Ophelia is headed to Florida to visit her best friend Natalia for Christmas. She decides to do some last second swiping on a dating app for the hell of it. What she quickly realizes is that one of the guys she swiped right on is sitting next to her on the plane and he just caught her staring at his dick. They soon realize that they are connected by mutual friends and decide to make the most of the holiday vacation and have strictly no mess, no feelings involved, sex.

Frankie and Opehlia have my heart. Frankie is daddy and he says all the right things at the right times. He's messed up from his last relationship and finds it hard to trust anyone else. Ophelia is sweet and kind and doesn't let Frankie get away with anything. She burrows beneath his skin until he has to have her, no matter what.

I was giggling and sweating and frantically reading this book. It was so funny and witty and amazingly written. The story flowed so well and THANKFULLY there wasn't a third-act breakup or any miscommunication.  The spice scenes were perfectly written and oh so spicy. It was such an easy read that just made you feel all the good things you want to when you read a spicy rom-com. I'm in the military so I'm always a little wary of military romances, but I had no issues with this one! It touched on Frankie being special operations, but it wasn't the whole premise of the book (he's medically retired).
 
This is the second book I've received as an ARC from Karissa and it's solidified my thought that she can do no wrong. Everything she writes is perfection. I DEVOURED this book. It was so hard to put it down and as soon as I finished it, I wanted more. I can't wait to buy a physical copy!
